Product worked great, accessed files I\'d given up ever seeing again. Ray (tech) responded super quick to my query and the instructions were clear and concise. Thanks!
I used an older version of RescuePro that was installed on an old computer we have. It worked great! Not only was I able to see and retrieve the pix that had been deleted, I was able to see all of the pix that were on it previously, even though it had been formatted!! So awesome!!
I purchased RescuePRO yesterday 14th but I can\'t get it to work as the S. N. I was given appears to be wrong. There is a total of 36 letters & figures in it.HELP
Some of my recovered pictures showed up in the RescuePRO preview but did not load back into my photo program. To be fair there it may have been a defective flash disk but it\'s still frustrating to see the thumbnail but not be able to take it further.
How can I re-activate RescuePro for Mac. I originally activated it on 12/30/09 and need to re-install it after reformating my hard drive. Thank you. pfconnelly@cfl.rr.com
I can\'t use the CD Sandisk rescuepro 3.0 with my Mac : too small. My installation (KEY ?) number : RPRID-0300-16784-09783-69697J. Talon

I accidently over formatted my Sandisk Memory card, with my new DSLR.I needed to get those one of kind pics back I was gutted that I had lost them for ever, this feeling was made even worse when I tried another product and it failed.ResecuPro came through like a well planned military operation, it was thorough and efficient in the recovery of my data.Very HappyMark T
For some reason the software wouldn\'t find the files when I was using the camera as an interface to the computer. When I used a card reader, it was able to find the files. I could then see them, but for some reason the size was very small. I couldn\'t enlarge the files without them becoming pixelated. The help lacked direction once the scan was complete. Were there other steps to take to fix the files and get them back to their original form?
A great piece of software that works even better than expected, lots of grateful clients who thought their photos were long gone. Many thanks to the creators of RescuePro.T.MarkhamMarkham Photographics Perth,Western Australia
Great product but unhappy that it only works on removable disks or cards, not on hard drives. I don\'t see why it can\'t do the same thing regardless the type of memory.
The software will install but your activation number does not. I have never had more trouble trying to install software before.
When I downloaded Rescue Pro and tried to open it on my iMac it opened in this format. . . This program must be run under Win32. . . How can I get this program to run on my Mac?

Version 3.5 does not run on my Mac PPC under OSX 10.5.8 and thus I am still using the free version 3.3 that came with a 4GB SanDisk Extreme III SDHC Card that I purchased for my camera. Lately I had problems with disappearing photos as soon as I connected the camera to the computer and I used this software to recover my pictures. And happily all JPG\'s are back. RAW and MOV files could not be recovered and therefore I was wondering if version 3.5 would be able to recover those. The software is simple to work with and extremely useful in ...
